  • Health, Safety and Environment issues are important and are taken into consideration by Gail Ward in her capacity as a photographer. In her work, she avoids any unacceptable and unnecessary risks to the health and safety of members of the public, children and young people,  employees, volunteers and customers.

  • Gail conducts her work with due regard to environmental issues.

  • Gail will follow health, safety, environment and emergency guidelines and procedures issued to her.

General Responsibilities

  • The overall responsibility for Health, Safety and Environmental policy on location or on site rests with those responsible for the commission or employment of Gail Ward.
  • Health and Safety Executives should have their own site checklist for inducting photographers, which reflects HSE and their Company health and safety requirements.
  • If Gail is uncertain of Health & Safety procedures, or has cause for concern, she will request that a Health & Safety assessment is carried out.
  • Gail will participate in a health and safety induction to ensure awareness of on site or location risks, and will follow required procedures.
  • Environmental protection on site or location is the responsibility of the people who commission or employ Gail.
